NACUA Speaker Volunteer Form

Thank you for volunteering to speak at a NACUA program! NACUA's live and virtual meetings provide an excellent opportunity to volunteer your time and expertise as a speaker or moderator. NACUA member volunteers (or "Planning Groups") plan sessions for NACUA's CLE Workshops and the Annual Conference. Use the sections below to tell the Planning Groups about your background and professional experience, so that they can get a better sense of whether you are the right speaker for their session. For more information about speaking at a NACUA program, visit the NACUA Speaker Resources Page.

Please note:

  • Volunteering does not guarantee that you will be selected as a speaker for a NACUA event, but it will alert the planning group of your interest. Learn more about presenting for a NACUA program.
  • Sponsorship and programmatic planning are completely independent of each other. Speaking slots are not granted to any individual or organization as a result of or in return for sponsorship. Learn more about sponsorship.

Optional Demographic Information

Diversity and inclusivity are among NACUA's core values, and as such, NACUA Planning Groups work to assemble panels that reflect the broad diversity of NACUA member institutions and NACUA members. Planning Groups consider racial and ethnic diversity, gender diversity, regional diversity, and institutional diversity (private institutions, public institutions, large institutions, small institutions, community colleges, firm vs. in-house, etc.) as they assemble panels. Please consider filling out the demographic information below to help the Planning Groups develop programming that resonates with broad range of NACUA members and NACUA member institutions. If you've provided this information in the past, please verify that the information below is accurate.
