Presenter Release Agreement

PUBLISHING CLEARANCE

I grant the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to reproduce and to distribute to NACUA members and others, with or without charge, copies of the materials, or portions thereof, prepared and submitted for the session(s) identified below. This license also authorizes NACUA to permit NACUA members to reproduce and distribute copies of the materials consistent with NACUA policies and without charge, to other members in their offices, in their law firms or at the institutions of higher education they represent, if they provide appropriate attribution including any credits, acknowledgments, copyright notice or other such information contained in the materials. I understand that NACUA may modify these materials consistent with its standard template or remove firm or other logos that are inconsistent with NACUA's standard template or policies on use of logos. I retain all other rights in and to the materials I submit, including copyright and, as a result, may use these materials as I choose.

SESSION RECORDING RELEASE

I agree that the National Association of College and University Attorneys may record my participation in any session(s) identified above. I understand that the recordings may be retained by NACUA and made available with or without charge to NACUA members and non-members, including meeting attendees. I agree that NACUA retains sole rights to any recordings to use, distribute, retain or destroy as NACUA sees fit. I further understand that this agreement in no way affects my ability to publish my presentation as I see fit and makes no other claim than permission to NACUA to record, retain, distribute or destroy this recording.
